Newtown, CT Real Estate Market Statistics 2012 vs 2013 Being professional Realtors, it's no surprise that people ask us "How's the market kiinteistömaailma doing? Any better?". We always have a finger on the pulse of our local market and know what is happening in it.
We had some concerns at the beginning of 2013, that the Newtown, CT real estate market might have become stigmatized due to the shootings at the Sandy Hook Elementary School.
