The Further and Higher Education Bill (Government and Information) nemoves (Wales) is amended nemov


Initially, the general principles of the Bill of Education (Wales) are discussed following its scrutiny of Children and Young People in Phase 1 of the legislative process and the subsequent report. The Children and Young People Committee supports the general principles of the Bill in relation to workforce education, regular school term, and appointments to Estyn. However, they think it would be better to include SEN related elements in one piece of legislation, as far as can be done in a timely nemoves manner, given that the Welsh Government intends to legislate on wider reforms SEN stage this Assembly.
