4. January 2011, I appointed Estate 1 Moss as a broker for the sale of my apartment in Storgaten 8 Moss; an investment I had bought a year earlier. I had been recommended Estate 1 Moss of my bank in Oslo and was in good faith with respect to the broker's qualifications and personal suitability. Unfortunately I noticed quickly that this was not the case ... Repeated reminders
In connection with the apartment was published on Finn.no sat broker from Real 1 Moss up a view. Following this, I asked on February 20 by e-mail that it was arranged several views - and how the display had gone. E-mail was not answered and 1 March (Ten days later!) I must once again leek responsible i have broker. I thus had not heard anything from the broker in ten days. The broker from Real 1 Moss responds this way immediately, said that there should be public view Thursday 3 March and that he shall send a report afterwards. This does not happen and 6 March (Five days later!) Leeks undersigned again if there has been no response. This time corresponds broker immediately.

This is contrary to what is actually practice in Moss. A control on Finn.no 25 March 2011 showed that less than 53% of all apartments (25 out of 47 total) that was for sale in Moss at the relevant time had view on Sunday. Not exactly "fuzzy practice."
11. May 2011 agreements I and broker a new view. First day after getting signed message that the broker never met to view; and that it not gone into some substitutes in the form of another broker. How long does it take to send its principal SMS that you unfortunately do not have time today view; so that he possibly can meet up in the apartment itself?
Fortunately, something happens on 9 May 2011: It enters a bid for the apartment! I become enlightened about the bid by telephone, but because it is too low, so I refuse bid - and the day after I ask instead that the broker gives the potential buyer a counter proposal:
"Unless the prospective buyer has found something, we might suggest meeting halvway what commandments concern? If we get a quick decision on this now, so I'll have to just accept a lower bid than I had wanted. " i have
The entire sales process of Storgaten 8 under the auspices of Eiendomsmegler1 Moss was characterized by disorderly, forgetfulness, repeated reminders and misleading advice. 6 months after the mission began, I chose to engage another broker - and a short time later, the apartment is sold. Finally.
You might think that Eiendomsmegler1 Moss listened to unhappy customers and lamented the situation - but Eiendomsmegler1 i have Moss wants instead i have to raise full fee (about 16,000 million) for an unsuccessful, sloppy and untidy estate sales. Despite that I put forward a amicable offer for a failed sales job, so they choose instead i have to demand full settlement - and will meet in conciliation board next week.
PS: For the record, I note that Eiendomsmegler 1 Moss by HÃ¥kon Fossvik meeting today (19 September i have 2012) discussed the above mentioned text as "lies". It is therefore natural to believe that they have a different version of the case. It is worth recalling that there are always two sides of an issue; and that this is only my preparation and recollection of circumstances.

This both regarding confidentiality and what we think is ethically right customer handling. This blog post has however a form and content that makes that we found it appropriate to give a small comment in general terms:
All customer relations are governed by an agreement i have between two parties. Both parties must adhere to the agreement, including regulating price, marketing, labor, views etc. This is in line with practice in the entire real estate industry.

Some of my point is well just that Eiendomsmegler1 Moss not HAVE related to the agreement, by not responding to my inquiries during the sales process, have not met up to agreed views and not mediated response to my counter offer to a potential buyer.
